Shipping And Return

General Policy

These are’s (“BELLE BEAUTE STORE,” “we,” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the BELLE BEAUTE STORE website.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from
  • Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Clearance and buy one get one free Item

The “clearance item” or “buy one get one free item” will be the final sale. There will be no refund or store credit for clearance or buy one get one free Item.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If Item is out of stock (Back-Order), then you will be notified via email of two options:

  • You can choose to wait for a month (if we can’t fulfill your backorder item within one month of the backorder date, we will automatically refund the back-order item back to the original form of payment), or
  • You can cancel and ask for a refund for backorder item(s).

Standard Return Policy

  • We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully re-salable condition, i.e., unopened and unused. The return is made within 5 DAYS after the delivery. In this case, you can contact us. Please remember to include the following information: name, email address, order number, product code, and reason for return. Please also state clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
    • Please note the reason for your return on the front side of your receipt or packing slip.

  • We cannot process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. All items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee (up to 50%) may be applied if the item was opened and not in its original condition. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the decision of our specialists, who will be inspecting the item. ) 
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. The Customer would be responsible for RETURN SHIPPING FEES unless the Customer received wrong/defective items. Be advised that perfumes, makeup products, and any other chemical products are non-returnable unless the Customer received incorrect/faulty items.
  • Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please email us within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim. We will provide pre-paid pos.
  • We will not refund All perfumes and any other chemical products if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind. To arrange a return of your unwanted items, don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service for a free post returns label.

Shipping & Handling

  • All orders placed/approved before noon (EST) will be shipped out on the same day. Some products located in our distanced warehouse may take a day or two to be shipped out.
  • USPS will carry all products. Any shipments over $100 will be required signature confirmation to be delivered. (all loads of cosmetic cases and fragrances do not require signature confirmation).
  • Ups will carry all cosmetic cases.
  • USPS Priority Mail – Delivery within 2 to 9 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands customers)
  • APO/FPO orders are shipped out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours of processing time before shipping.
  • Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.
  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
